Our shipping methods are fast and reliable, ensuring that you receive your products in a timely manner. Our packaging is eco-friendly, allowing us to do our part in protecting the environment. Return & Exchange Policy

At FarmFeast, we are committed to providing our customers with high quality organic products. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy. Simply contact our customer service team at +91-963 469 6843 or support@farmfeast.co.in and we will be happy to assist you. We highly esteem your support and endeavor to ensure your shopping experience with us is both pleasant and satisfying. Exchanges or returns are permitted only under the following circumstances:

  • If the product is damaged or if you received the wrong item.

  • If the product was not properly sealed at the time of delivery.

  • If the product has expired by the time of delivery.

If your return is accepted, we will arrange for the item to be picked up from the same address it was ordered from, and you will be informed of the expected pickup date.

 

For exchanges, the replacement product will be delivered to you within 3-5 days after the return pickup is completed.

If there are any discrepancies related to the delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of the order being marked as delivered.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

A cancellation request for an order will be honored only if the product has not yet been shipped. If a cancellation request is approved, you will receive a refund for the entire amount. FarmFeast reserves the right to cancel or reject any order placed for various reasons, such as unavailability of stock, pricing errors, informational errors, or issues with the personal/financial details provided by the customer.

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of its arrival and whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed using your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.
